Yes most likely, only proof I really have is of this one time when a female joined, got banned and then appealed the ban which made me laugh tbh.
I mean like made a thread before being banned.

I remember reading a walltext post ban appeal asking why they were banned and the mod gave a really small response saying "you're a girl Harry"
