I tried to once. Looked up a guide and it said you needed to write all your dreams down to recognize patterns, so when you're dreaming you can realize you are in a dream. Of course I have no motivation and gave up after a week

Yes actually; I began lucid dreaming naturally recently (I suppose it's a result of constant daydreaming), and it is a wonderful cope. It happens every other night for me (just about).
How do your sensations work in lucid dreaming? And how well can you "see" the dream?
I mean, imagine you lucid dream about sex. Is the imagery more real than a regular dream? Is it more clear? Does the sensation feel real?
I can't because I NEET with my mom and she's always fucking waking me up by coughing loudly with phlegm since she's a hag. Also the bedroom I sleep in has the windows facing directly towards my face so the sunlight is entering my eyes fucking up my lucid dream senses
It feels pretty real. It's hard to describe. You forget you're lucid dreaming sometimes and you really think you're there.
