I started doing vipassana meditation and It really does have a positive impact on your life. Like you know the world is fucked up but you still do what you're meant to do. You do what's good for you. What meditation technique do you adhere to if you do it?

Wrong. It actually physiologically reduces the size of amygdala, which is responsible for producing cortisol, the stress hormone
 
Yea let me sit there with my eyes closed and PRETEND to be at peace with myself
 
Meditating is HARD my fucking thoughts are adhd and intrusive so I cant avoid thinking for more than 5 seconds at a time
