First of all, do you have you a small or a large family?
Some people hate their parents just because they were born and are Incels, while the parents didn't helped them, but spread blue pill BS.
They accuse them of all their misery and reciprocally, while in fact, they are just too attached to them, having no friends or family to socialize and relate to, they are all they have. They spread all their frustrations to them.
Parents will never replace a social circle or a GF, which is natural and essential need for every men.

So, do you live with parents, firstly?
Then, do you hate them so very much, but love them sincerely in another time?

I wouldn't say mental illness, just strange. I love my parents normally, especially my mom since I had way more contact with her than with my father through my life.

Sorry, I forgot to add, that I met smb that would literally kill his parents in a hate rage, but in another time care a lot for them and love them. He can't get away from them, being around them or even calling them by phone repeatedly, when away from them. I personally suppose this is a mental illness, but which one?
I'm trying to help him.
