I go to the bathroom at work and I literally have anxiety before i go to wash my hands. because then there is a mirror and right there in front of me is just how subhuman and deformed i am, and then after realizing it i have to just go back to work as if nothing happens

When i go to wash my hands i literally stare down at the water and refuse to look up. my own face frightens me.
