Hate exists as well and it will prevail.

DisagreeThey aren't polar opposites and neither is necessarily good or bad.
Me too and chads and eveything that lives and breathesgood morning i hate women
It is just rethotical trick in responce to buepilled fag who wants loveI wasn’t aware of that![]()

I know what he means. He will say something about holistic metaphisic of human psyche and so on but it is all just unnesasary complications.elab
apathy is far more different to hate than love is. if hate is the opposite of love than apathy has to be its middle ground, which can't be true.elab

Hatred is a necessary and deserved response to how society treats us.
Jerry im apathetic to philosophy i just know that hate destroys , it is a weapon.Foremost weaponapathy is far more different to hate than love is. if hate is the opposite of love than apathy has to be its middle ground, which can't be true.
when you love someone you want what's best for them, when you hate them you want what's worst for them or you want them dead. A much better the opposite of someone wanting something for you is not wanting anything for you altogether, which is apathy
Idk bro isn't that sort of like saying the opposite pattern to any given pattern is complete chaos?apathy is far more different to hate than love is

Extremely high IQ, but I don't find your reasoning as to why apathy is further away from hate than from love convincing.apathy is far more different to hate than love is. if hate is the opposite of love than apathy has to be its middle ground, which can't be true.

Believe there is nothing more exciting than to crash your opponents and to gain control over them.Hate is ours.Is hate the opposite of love?
Because if it is....
Then if we aren't entitled to love, then all we have is hate or apathy.
Aren't we entitled to emotions anymore?
Are we not even seen as humans anymore?
Just slaves to serve chads and women
I mean, hate also protects you against things. I hate alcohol use myself but I don't think drinking in moderation should be wiped off the face of the Earth (although alcoholics should certainly be sterilised to prevent what happened to people like @StoicNihilist from happening anymore).Jerry im apathetic to philosophy i just know that hate destroys , it is a weapon.Foremost weapon
yes unless there is some sort of designated opposite to it like night and day (rotation of the Earth), but love and hate aren't necessarily polar opposites in my opinion. I hate certain things because I love certain things, or at least I love what they could have been. Is being sad the opposite of being angry?Idk bro isn't that sort of like saying the opposite pattern to any given pattern is complete chaos?

yeah I see what you're saying and it could work if you isolate the one variable love and hate have in common, namely passion, and only compare them on that basis compared to the absence of passion (apathy). As for your second line of reasoning, I'm not sure a codependency necessarily entails not being polar opposites. Not to get all Tumblry, but darkness is the absence of light so in sense light is codependent on darkness in order to exist or have any meaningful definition in the first place, does that not make them opposites?I mean, hate also protects you against things. I'm not sure if this question even has a meaningful answerIs being sad the opposite of being angry?
