Yes may be, but they were a very small minority. For example there is almost no incel in traditional and patriarchal societies, i.e. third world and middle east.

Historically, 95% of males were incel. This has been proven by genetic scientists. No doubt this world was extremely dangerous and violent, as you’d have his tribes of uncles causing trouble, warfare, gangs of incels would abduct foids from chads harem to rape them, etc. So religion, society, rule of law etc was brought in to prevent that (aka civilisation). This system ensured one foid per man. But feminism gradually rolled everything back, and is continuing to do so at an alarming rate, especially over the past 20 years. There are more of us than there has been for many hundreds of years - possibly even millennia.

People were more honest in the past- they didn't bs if you were an ugly bastard. Of course standards weren't so high. But I would suspect that those who repulsed women were suggested to enter the priesthood, become a monk, become a scientist etc. Back in the day people had so many kids that one not marrying wasn't a big deal.

Century ago the % of incels was very low, because there was forced monogamy and patriarchy. If today many men are incels, is because there is feminism and sexual freedom.

Genetic studies have shown that 10000 years ago only one in 20 males reproduced. So there were always incels. Actualy being incel used to be the norm.

Back in 2008 I thought I was the only incel. I would have felt better if I knew I wasn't and maybe would have tried some foid approaching.
