Me from ages 16 - 21

Massive bone growth in the eye are and cheek bone area... Chin and jaw also grew. Had BSSO surgery at 19 to correct jaw alignment as well as braces for fix horribly crooked and sticking out teeth. Looked like a child at 15, 5'5" and 100lbs. Now masc mog most guys facially, style greatly improved and got a better haircut as well. Was athletic as a child, then lagged because of late puberty... Am athletic again now as a adult. Always had a big dick though, was average in the dick department at 13, currently 98th percentile or so in dick size. Frame grew massively, from 16 to 21 gained over 4 inches bideltiod in bone growth.

Weight loss transformation sometimes do this. I’ve seen a few on the various weight loss cuckit subs, to be fair. I’ve also seen it in real life - guy I knew went from a 3 to an 8 after losing 100lb, no joke. Sorry don’t have pictures, so take it or leave it.

I don't have the pre-surgery pic from the front and side, but he was pretty fucking ugly. That before pic wasn't even the before before pic. 

He was a 3.5 PSL who got to around a 6.5 through surgeries.

maybe I am overrating custom wraparound implants, but I only know eppley and yaremchuk who do them and yaremchuck is rather conservative so hes out of the question for tyd transformation

remember the 50k estimate is very very low. if he got his wings in switzerland he paid 25-30k for that alone. bimax ranges from 10k to 50k. no clue about bone shaving since its korea exclusive as far as I know.

and I dont see any extreme maxilla advancement. maybe he got bimax but that would be a very small lefort 1 advancement, not more.
