Whenever a sub 5 deludes himself into thinking personality is going to make him ascend or that one time a sub 5 shortcel thought his dance moves would win over stacy it makes me laugh.

Because it's so brutally over when a guy is so deluded and coping so hard that he thinks his pleasant actions are going to matter in the longrun, it's like life is a rigged game where chad and stacy can choose all the wrong dialogue choices and still recieve positive treatment, being seen as the most amiable of people where on the opposite side a sub 5 guy can make all the correct dialogue choices but still be treated like shit and in the end of it all he dies like shit too.

I used to feel angry from knowing this but I can't help but start laughing my ass off for some reason and not just a normal laugh a painful one too. sort of like a cry masked as laughter.
