A good way to spot them is when they make threads about their casual interactions with normies and foids in their "uni/workplace". I know those little shits are lying about their age because aside from group work, I've interacted with zero people in my uni aside from a few guys I went to high school with. My experience isn't unique because even those high school guys told me they've interacted with nobody.
