Has anyone tried the Raw Carnivore Diet, according to Goatis?

So, there's this guy on YouTube named, "Goatis." He recently made this massive black-pill video and it went in depth on how apparently, raw meat is a fantastic option for health and can actually change your looks if you're below 20, or something along those lines. ONLY raw meat, no cooked meat, no rare meat, just RAW, THICK. He also backed up his reasoning with saying that carbs (all carbs, not just processed garbage) and processed butter's and things of that nature, are worse for you then raw meat. Raw liver, Raw Milk, Raw Eggs. I don't doubt that Raw food has it's perks, but, if we are being honest this doesn't seem sustainable. Like, correct me if I am wrong but aren't carbohydrates a good and natural resources for our bodies? We use them for calories, energy. Hell, protein, the main macro-nutrient for Raw Meat besides the fat, will get turned into glucose as everything else. Not to mention, this might be impossible because some countries don't have Raw options like this. Raw beef/liver, probably in a butcher for sure. But the milk? A little bit harder, at least in my search. But my major takeaway from this video, as I mentioned before, was the fact that is can change your facial structure and clear up acne? Is this actually true because if so, this is a pretty big breakthrough. Genetics come into play BUT, according to him, "Goatis" it can help if you are under 20. I might actually try this, too bad the video is mostly filled with a ton of filler in my eyes, and not a lot of actual talking points. Like, shouldn't the memo be, "Cut out all heavily processed stuff, like HF-CS, Trans Fats, McDonald. But try to eat a balanced meal, plenty of veggies and fruits and meats? You know, the 3 macro-nutrients that have been verified and testified?"

This doesn't even mention stuff like exercise which he is adamant against which I find completely retarded. I have no idea how people like him deny that exercise has net-plus benefits, even basic walking. Good luck eating your 1000g Raw beef without a single second of exercise in a caloric surplus.

He says that the diet of your ancestors certainly played a role in how you look and developed today, he never said that eating this way will change your looks overnight.
 
there's something fucking up human faces but it probably isn't the lack of raw meat considering the quantity of cooked meat people are eating nowadays (thanks to factory farming) making up for the nutrient loss which occurs due to cooking

mewing is legit but its overhyped, by the time you find out about it its over, I think kids should be taught it as a good habit

There are shitton of chads, prettyboys and stacies hanging around in fast food restaurants and they eat a lot of take away or doordashed food, definitely not cooked in grassfed butter and low in carbs. Of course eating healthy is recommendable but going extreme in it makes life miserable unless you really enjoy that raw beef. I'd say that sugar is the thing that you should avoid, I myself consume it a lot as a cope and my skin is bad.

Eating raw meat can be risky because it may contain harmful bacteria, parasites, or viruses that are usually killed during the cooking process.

Raw eggs is okay but can contain Salmonella which can kill you.

One of the main dudes point was that it can help acne. This feels like a big misunderstanding as their are certain vitamins like B12 that are only found in carbs as far as I know, that can control acne. Not to mention stuff like facial cleansers, facial wash, and most importantly retinol which was a life saver for me.

I would say Goatis is the most "real" and straightforward youtuber that I know of. Sure he scams people too but you don't have to fall for it. There are many youtubers who are way bigger grifters, Andrew Tate for example

For the love of god, don't fall for this overgrown lightbulb's grift. He doesn't even do what he preaches - people who saw him irl noticed he wont even touch raw meat. Watch the hitpieces against him instead, it's far more entertaining.

It did make the muscles bigger and it gives you a sharper jawline especially from the front. I also started really chewing my food nice and slowly on both sides evenly (i used to only eat with 1 side and the jaw muscles there were way bigger and overdeveloped and it looked kinda weird) all in all i do think food can impact the way your face develops but it has more to do with the way we eat food (soft and barely any chewing)
