Has anyone seen this fucked up old-school anime.

Basically it’s about a young girl who joins a circus troupe but ends up being their sex toy. Lots of fucked up stuff like pedophilia, stomping on puppies, rape, mutilation, and even normalized dwarf-child sexual relationship (where the dwarf is even seen as a kind of hero for being somewhat nice to her. I saw it a couple years back when I first joined this site, but it is pretty clear that this was made on a shoestring budget, since no one wanted anything to do with it.

Actually there were studios around back then that had extremely smooth animation that even puts to shame most of today’s material (such as Madhouse). The problem is, this anime was so cursed with lack of support and horrific source material, it was doomed to look that way.
