Not exactly, but i had a similar situation. I was taking takeout orders over the phone at a restaurant. I repeated the customer's order back to her, to make sure I got it right. When she arrived, she asked me if I was new. I said no. She replied "Wellll, you seemed nervous and unsure of yourself soooo...." These women have no self awareness, and if they do, then they have no empathy.
