As someone who has worked both blue and white collar work, the amount of ass kissing males do towards females has always fascinated me. It's pathetic and desperate, yet it seems to work wonders. At my last job, the first week of work at a physically laborious job, this guy started babbling on for three straight hours to this foid about normie nonsense. Personal drama and the like. Of course, the foid wasn't doing the hard labor part of the job, but the easy part. Another instance of this was at another job where this foid has some admittedly nice tits, and so every guy at the job was fawning over her whenever she showed up.
