Have you actually done it? With >400 swipes? I'm a short ugly ethnic and I had >0%, so that's bullshit.
I'm a below average white guy and get like minimum 6 a day (friend is doing an experiment for me), so yeah that's bullshit
just be white. (this isn't bragging just statistics), so an average would be getting like 10-12 a day, idk how many swipes that is.
Done a tinder experiment with Weed (using his Chadlite pics) and got only 2 matches after 300 swipes. One ghosted me.

Tried average white friend, not bad looking at all. Good looking actually. He got 11 matches. 6 of these were from ethnic girls. 4/6 of these ethnic girls were butt ugly or fat. One skinny asian who didn't respond. Your friend is lying, first day getting 6 swipes means nothing, you are on boost, and if your friend has gold it makes perfect sense. THe thing is most of these will be fat girls or sub 5 ethnic girls who wont respond.

Your friend will get 6 on first date, tell him to use tinder for 10 days as you and use up 1000 swipes, your match will stall at 12-13. Then you'll realize since most girls wont even message you back and only 1-2 will be over a 3/10.

Depends really. If I try in Warsaw I get plenty of matches. If I try Stockholm I get 0 matches. Also, depends a lot on whether you pay their service and "boost" yourself, etc.

This is actually really relaxing to me. I ended puberty at 2/10 max. I'm now 4-5/10 after surgeries and looksmaxing. My ceiling is 5-6/10 if I do many more major surgeries.
