There are no ethnics in the countryside. In Kiev I saw maybe two or three scattered negroids and no asians. The population is as good as 100% white. There are many unemployed and disillusioned young men outside the city center, and life is cheap in Ukraine. Packs of stray dogs roam the streets at night, and probably violent criminals to.

But there are horse-drawn carts in the streets and roads, many poor people and large class differences. The cities can appear prosperous and modern, but in the countryside you see that they have a long way to go. Foids living in the cities are far more degenerate and western in their behavior than Moldova/Ukraine.
