I don’t know about pure PUBLIC outings, because I avoid everybody’s face with eye contact, but I had this especially humbling time when a “nice”, “friendly-to-everyone” colleague gave me a look of disgust once I asked for her phone number, then proceed to passive-aggressively torment me whilst she was with a group of her friends for days at a time on break when they were at listening distance, to obviously have me overhear them.
