On the documentary (it's on the BBC iplayer btw) all these foid actresses come on to tell 'their story'. One of the reasons he got away with it as long as he did is all these women are pictured smiling with him after he slept with them.

The story was typical. Harvey invites them to his hotel room: "I was too scared to say no". In the hotel room Harvey says you won't work in Hollywood again if you leave now. All of them say they didn't want to sleep with him because they found him ugly. If he was even chad-lite they'd have been happy for him to violate them as much as he wanted.

They also went on to star in his movies, so he's basically made them rich and/or famous.
