This phrase is such a joke.

I don't deny that there are plenty of couples out there. What I deny is that there's any reason to call them "happy."

This is the fallacious leap in logic the bluepillers make when trying to prove the inkwel wrong.

You don't know why they're together, and when you look at all the research and anecdotes on it, it's certainly not because of sexual attraction. At least not from the woman's POV.

They're also not actually "happy," whatever that even means. Even if you just use "happy" as an umbrella term for positive emotions in general, people spend most of their time in various states of apathy, not experiencing positive emotions.

Most of these "happy couples" are just experiencing "meh."
