The non-religious Turks hate Arabs because they see themselves as being forced into Islam by the Arabs long ago. With Syria specifically there is a refugee crisis even in Turkey, and Syrians flooded into the region. There are probably around 4 million Syrian refugees in Turkey, meaning 1/20 people there are Syrian refugees. Because of this Syrians might be seen similarly to how curries are seen in western countries, low class subhuman race. Hence the name “subhuman syrian”.
