Has anyone else noticed how being half white (northern european white) makes you taller than the typical height of either half of their respective race?

Mulattos are taller (no study just observations) Vegan Gains 6'3 @Zhou Chang-Xing 6'2 etc.

Even hapas are taller (Keanu Reeves, ~60 y.o. and 6'1)

Maybe it's just my imagination but it has been a consistent observation since I have noticed it.

Just to be clear, I am saying that being half white appears to make you taller than whites.

I swear half the people I see that are over 6'2 or 6'3 are mixed race and half white (excluding hispanics).

I have seen short mulattos; though I would agree when saying those are mixed seem to have a higher chance of favorable traits mixing together...

Tions and Ligers are mixed species animals; the wikipedia page on Ligers shares information about gene inhibition and stuff that makes them much larger than Lions, this might also apply to humans.
