I think I explained it in another thread.
- Get the targets full name, birth date, and image.
- Buy voodoo supplies from the botanica
- Steal personal items from your target individual.
- Ritualisticly activate the spell items
- Ritualisticly sew up the poppet using the targets personal items.
- Bless, and baptise the poppet using holy water, and a cigar.
- Use poppet in a ritual.

There's alot more to it than that.
Carving it into your arm will do something.
You should spend a few weeks meditating, and fasting if you want the rune to be really powerful.
