the dummy is supposed to be good looking to attract people interested in getting haircuts
just the same when you go to a clothes shop and you find plastic mannequins being tall and having a good frame and body proportions
Wonder if this is why ppl believe the just get a haircut thing not realising it's the head shape making the hair look good more than the hair hiding the bad face.
