Most hair loss is lifestyle induced. You have a genetic component, but your lifestyle dictates when it will happen if you carry the genes.

-lots of sunlight exposure (face, forearms, and lower legs every day for 1 hour at least)
-iodine consumption (eat sardines and cod)
-protein and iron consumption (beef, eggs, and raw spinach)
-exercise cardio and weightlifting
-get good sleep and try not to worry about anything
-shave your head every 4 months to keep your roots strong
-if incel, realize that people who have kids live stressful lives and are more likely to go bald, women too. That's the way modern life is.

You need to get outside and let your skin soak up the vitamin d from the sun. Your body needs sunlight as much as it does sex. So they are both close to food and water for survival.

I quit fin a long time ago and am living proof it works. Fin causes depression

No it's not, it's genetics.

Or just take fin and actually keep your hair.

This mindset is so retarded. Imagine if someone said "teeth alignment is genetic! Don't bother getting braces, it won't help! Chad comes out of the womb with a full set of perfectly straight white teeth!"

Some things are in your control to a large extent.. Hair loss is one of them.

He said "most hair loss is lifestyle induced", which is simply not true.

If he's talking about hair thinning then it is lifestyle induced to a very large extent. But yeah if he's talking about MPB then it's entirely genetic, there's no way this routine would stop MPB.

Genius, to keep your hair you have to go without hair half of the time

NGL, I think it's helped me. My hair is thin, blonde, but have a lot of it. Different genetics won't react to diet and lifestyle changes as much.

Same for anything really. Some people won't gain muscle as fast with lifting, etc.

My dad being NW5 early on made me think it was inevitable for me, but it's one of the few things I lucked out on (my mom's family all has lots of hair). Could just be very low T and maybe fin had a permanent effect on me...? I have no idea.
