Serious Hair is falling off when showering

I researched why is my hair falling when i clean my hair or just comb it with my hand and first thing that popped was STRESS

I can make myself bald with my bare hands literally, man i dont know what to do with this life, stress is playing a big factor,

Yeah, I was working long shifts at a restaurant at the time, but cold water still definitely helps.
