my mom came into my room to tell me some bullshit news or something and wouldn't fucking leave which i hated, then i had to leave to shit and came back she had fucking rearranged all this shit the way i didn't want it to be

all of the adrenaline, cortisol, and glutamate in my body dumped all at once i started rapidly slapping myself in the face as hard as i could then scratched my face until it bled

i took a shower to chill out and then she later asked what happened to my face and i lied and said i forgot and that the dog must've got me lmfao
