I used to brush my teeth almost everyday up until last 2 months. LDAR hit me very hard recently. I don't think I want to lose my teeth hopefully it won't constitute a problem if I don't live to see them rot. Anyway OP if you are not fully crippled by depression or sth you should brush them more tbh.
