About 4 years now. 2 of them were wasted because I was following shitty advice and maingained without making any progress and I didn't train to failure. I only started making serious gains around 2022, so if we don't count the wasted years then 2 years in total. My lifts are still kinda shit though except Deadlift and Squat. My Bench and Overhead Press is lacking.

Stats:
Deadlift: 150kg
Bench: 70-60kg
Squat: 100-110kg
OHP: 40kg (lol)

Bodyweight: 75kg atm
Height: 175cm

Good job, man, I never had any abs. I was cutting earlier this year and almost got close to getting my abs to show but it was too hard to maintain and the cut was making me tired as fuck so I bailed out.
Yeah calorie cutting is probably the hardest part about gymmaxxing and I could still be better about it.
