About 4 years now. 2 of them were wasted because I was following shitty advice and maingained without making any progress and I didn't train to failure. I only started making serious gains around 2022, so if we don't count the wasted years then 2 years in total. My lifts are still kinda shit though except Deadlift and Squat.
