5'9 90kg ricecel here, planning on gymceling, i got nothing but diversed and sometimes contradicting theories on other sites. How should i start if i want to lose weight and gain in the same time, or is it possible?

I tried this thing called the metabolic diet for awhile and it worked pretty well for me. I found the PDF on 4chan/fit and read it, and I got a friend into it.
 
I'm bulking right now, eating like a fucking pig and drinking 3l of milk daily + 2 fried eggs + 100g of chicken breast
 
I am cutting right now with a meal plan of 2 meals a day with complex carbs (i.e. not bread or potatos but instead oatmeal, rice...) and no junk food with minimal sweets and it worked wonders for me so far.
 
Just count calories, the less calories the better. Personally I go by a 1800 calorie a day diet.
 
i should start going to the gym because i want to do boxing

I do a mix of IF and calorie counting with a 40/40/20 (sometimes less for carbs). Works for me, but I'm at a plateau of 180/185. Trying to drop that bodyfat.

You're actually pretty good if your bodyfat % is at a good place btw. Good height too (but it's over).

and nah, its mainly visceral fat, my bodyfat% is definitely higher then 25%:feelsgah:

The only two diets that have ever worked for me has been the keto diet, and the Ethiopian crack head diet. They both suck ass and there is an increase in chance of you developing some kind of a disease or some shit.
 
I'm currently on a High protein (170g+) and low carb(-50g) diet, but as i'm getting leaner and leaner, i feel like i need to increase the carbs... i'm starting to run out of gas too fast.
 
Depends on how in-shape you currently are. If you're out of shape just cut the pointless sugars (sodas, unhealthy snack food, desserts, etc) out of your diet but otherwise eat normally and accompany with regular exercise. You don't need to worry about specific diet plans until you're in shape and trying to go for a specific physique.

Yes. I don't know what my bodyfat % is, but I'm chasing 10. I think I'm 13-15% at the moment. It's worked well for me, and I reccomend it to you.
