i noticed lately it seems like 50% of the people here chose the gymcel road.

im really curious about what your doing. body building? crosscift? mma?

For health reasons.
 
I've started to exercise again. I do running, sprinting, pullups, pressups and face pulls.

It doesn't feel like enough. I feel like I need to do some sort of fighting.
 
Mainly fitness tbh, I dont want to look gigantic and bloated like a bodybuilder I prefer looking aesthetic
 
In my age you must watch after your health. My job is sedentary and if I'm not gymceling I will be fatcel very fast.
 
I don’t go to the gym however I just do general exercise a few days a week. The feeling after is quite pleasant and relaxing, no point in going to the gym and lifting weights that won’t have an impact on your face whatsoever
 
I do regular gym and Saitama's workout 3 times a week each.
 
I do calisthenics at home.
 
I do heavy bench press, rows, overhead press etc

The best way to gymcel is just to build enough muscle, but not too much.

I hang a towel on my erect cock and do reps of pushing the towel up.
 
Mostly knuckle push ups, sit ups, planking, squats... Trained in MMA for about 6 months

Lift heavy. You can find a million bits of advice online, but if you're trying to get started, just go to the gym and find machines that you're comfortable with and do them to exhaustion. Don't worry about optimizing out of the gate, don't listen to the machine haters, the most important thing is that do the exercise and challenge yourself. I'm happy to talk more specific exercises if you want, but honestly just fucking DO IT. Doing anything is better than wasting another hour on youpoop videos arguing about minor grip changes.

Just work out @ home some 20-30 mins every day, I have one of those pull-up contraptions that attach to a door frame (the secure ones, not the extending bar type) and also have a 20kg weighted vest and some weights you can attach to the ankles. You honestly only need weights to train your legs and a little bit for your abs, everything else you can do with your own body weight. If you can't do a proper one hand push-up or a one hand pull-up then you are not ready for weights.
 
I want to gymcel for health reasons and so I can lose my fat. I was currently taking a break but I'll try to get back to it in a couple of days.
