I really want to start training to at least look somewhat strong so retards in public won't look at me like THAT, but the problem is there's no gyms near me (I live in a forest basically) and I have absolutely 0 training equipment. Is it doomed or is there some way I can train? Also before anyone comes in and says "Do calisthenics obviously" like every normie ever, I have to add I tried calisthenics before and I literally can't do shit because I have mild scoliosis and I'm like 75kg with no muscle at all, so I can't even do the most basic movements. I literally can't do more than 5 pushups before my arms tell me to go kill myself.
 
75kg? How tall are you? Under 5'10 I would say cut, over 6'0 I would say bulk up.

As for the training, if there are no gyms, just do pushups, sit ups, pull ups anywhere if you can, etc. But try to find a gym. I made way more progress from 4 months in the gym than a year training at home.
Can't go to a gym because 1. I'm broke and my parents definitely aren't going to be giving me money for it (Due to 2.) and 2. As I said, there's literally no gyms in my vicinity. The closest one is 1 hour away and I don't have time or money to spend on the transport. I'll be honest with you, this is more of a doomer post because I tried training many times but even when I manage to have a somewhat okay workout I get the worst pains and exhaustion. This is not me being a pussy incapable of handling muscle growth, the pains get so bad sometimes I'm rendered incapacitated. It's not an issue with not warming up either because I've done warmups every time I tried and every time it doesn't matter.

Nigga I am broke I can't buy shit, I do cardio daily though, that's the only workout that doesn't pain me. In fact I think I have good stamina. Not so much when it comes to actual workouts though.

thats why I included pushups, they are free. Depending on the stance/position of your hands, you train different upper body parts.

I have no fucking idea what my height is honestly. It's in the range of 177-180cm. 181 if we really push it but that's probably just me coping
 
If you can't afford equipment, can't go to a gym, can't do bodyweight exercises, there is nothing you can do.

Would you believe me if I told you I tried to starve myself already? The lowest weight I got to was 54kg, but it made no difference. It didn't even make a difference looks-wise. I still had a fat, round face and thin arms with a bloated belly. No fucking proportion change at all. I think God created me as a joke.

if you can buy some equipment , also start supplementing zinc vitamin d for your test to go a bit higher.
