Discussion Gymcels. What are the incel hours at your gym?

Incel hours are those hours in which there is barely any people in the gym (ideal for incels) and on top of that, most of the people there are incels/old people, etc.

For me its 14:45-16:30 everyday and 9:00-11:00 in the weekends (Spain).
