Post your lifts on the main compounds and number of reps.
I'm a dyel subhuman but I was getting stronger on my bulk, sadly I bloatmaxxed too much and had to lean down.
My best sets were:
flat bench: 80kgx5
overhead press: 57.5kgx5
squat: 100kgx5
lat pulldown 80kgx7
This was at 86kg bodyweight. I'm now 76kg and much weaker but trying to build muscle without gaining too much fat.
