Post your lifts on the main compounds and number of reps.

I'm a dyel subhuman but I was getting stronger on my bulk, sadly I bloatmaxxed too much and had to lean down.

My best sets were:

flat bench: 80kgx5
overhead press: 57.5kgx5
squat: 100kgx5
lat pulldown 80kgx7

This was at 86kg bodyweight. I'm now 76kg and much weaker but trying to build muscle without gaining too much fat.

Idk but I can curl 5kg dumbbells so I consider myself something of a gymcel. Also eat a whole jar of peanut butter after my lifts for some of that sweet sweet protein

70kg bodyweight @ 176cm.
I've been lifting for ten months now, it's not impressive but it's a far cry from where I started.

good job. I'm the same. I made so many dumb mistakes since I started that I should be twice as strong as I am now at least, but oh well. I realized that i'm repulsive to women even when lean so i'm going to spend the next 2 years permabulking to build a respectable physique even if it means getting bloated.

I wasted the first few months figuring out what rep range is best (I used to do 12-20 JFL) and I'm sticking with 6-8 and 8-12 for now.
