Feeling very broken and sore after my workout. Arms hurting. Pain shooting down my arms, particularly by elbows. Breathing heavy. Feeling very tired. Need something to recover quicker. I already sleep 8 to 10 hours a day. I need something more than sleep and eating. Please help.
