Srs, I am overweight and I want to get up to 10-15% body fat(or less).
 
If you are fat, you don't need to do anything special... untill you lose the fat. Just do a lot of cardio, pullups, pushups, crunches, and most important of all, have a proper diet. Diet and rest are honestly a bigger deal than working out itself.
 
To lose fat eat less. Calculate your calorie intake and eat 500 less than that. Do cardio if you want to speed up progress, and lift weights if you want to gain some strength.
 
calories in, calories out, search up the best compound movements (id recommend deadlift, OHP, Squat, Bench,) there are a few more but yh
 
Gymcelling is a scam, don't bother.
