Serious Gymcels, have any of you ever got to use a lat pullover machine? How did it feel?

I have never seen this in any of the gym that I have gone. They just have a lat pulldown machine instead of this. Like this

Its very rare for gyms to have a pullover machine but bodybuilders swear by it as the best back developer.
