He does interesting challenges, and he was also a former fatcel who was bullied, so I can relate to him in that aspect (although he is a richcel, so I can't relate to that)

I’ve seen some of his videos. He’s kinda funny at times. Just don’t take the workouts too hard man. It’s not worth it. And also, don’t fall for that ice bath or cold shower bullshit. There is no reason to torture yourself with cold water.
