Was in the gym tonight. Went at night because i am fucking autistic and cant handle being around other people when performing tasks.
Its just me and one other lonely middle of the night loser incel who we keep away from each other.
I get done doing some exercises and realize i've finally made it. I am muscular and strong looking. My arms are huge and veiny. And NOTHING EVER FUCKING CHANGED

Whats better, being an incel with decent or good body, or being it with a shit body? Its clear the answer, but the highest benefit of it is the sense of purpose when you start going there in a regular basis. It will help mentally, believe it or not. It doesnt even matter, I feel just as weak and even with giant ass throbbing arms you look in the mirror and see a microscopic loser. You get a warped perception and then you have to keep up in the gym just to stop it from getting worse.
I literally have to measure my bicep to convince myself im not a skinny beta male anymore. Dudes will stand next to me lifting one third what I am and I am still intimidated.
