To my defanse ..im a 5'7 manlet ..but i have naturaly broad frame ( big bones structure ) i alwas was stronger than avarage when i was young .. but the only reason i lift is to maxinize my potenial ..i love raw power .. but it would be nicer to be tall and have reach and confident

Also with that said - being able to build large muscular body naturally is also determing by genetics ...just saying ..not everyone can be muscular as an athletic player ..they have to consume chemicals and stuff for this ...

I saw this thread in the suggested threads and this part caught my attention.

Keep in mind that those who honestly train for health and fitness generally have the training knowledge and the foresight to know that the health benefits are long-term (you can find the research and literature on lifting and longevity, if you care; it shouldn't be too hard to find). The average gym rat might lie to save face, but a person's true motivation can never be fully known. There are three ways of knowing a person's true motive and all give less than 100% certainty: asking them directly, positive or negative incentives, or inferring it based on external evidence and indicators. It's more prudent to speak in probability estimates than absolutes.

It is true that pussy is a powerful motivator, though I wouldn't say the most powerful. For that, I would give the top spot to personal bodily survival.

Yup agreed. I’ve always been quite strong and healthy especially for my size, but I’ve been rotting these past few years and can feel how weak I’ve become. Still, can’t bring myself to exercise, even though I have a cable machine at home. The same motivation to lift that was present before just isn’t there anymore. there are guys who start off bodybuilding, then realize it doesn’t produce the results they want (a gf, prob because face and height are shit tier) so they get into powerlifting so they can cope and say they lift for strength and not looks. Or the ones who right off the bat get into powerlifting knowing they will still get big, but can still trick themselves into pretending they are not SMVmaxxing.. Are you one of those guys?
 
Girls are never interested in a guy that spends too much time at the gym and talks about it. They want their men to have a great body with low effort
so being born with good genetics and having good luck throughout this life by being born into it. knowing how this universe is so poorly randomizied its not surprising they pick the that.
You're correct. Most normies who lift do so for sex appeal to accentuate their sexual dimorphism, and that motivation becomes obvious in their choice of exercises and training styles, in addition to being young and fertile.

I had to step in defend myself and the small percentage of serious lifters who are in this game for the long haul. I've been accused in the past in person for lifting for aesthetics by people who are completely ignorant of physical training and have this false perception that everyone goes to the gym for vain reasons. I strongly believe everyone should do regular physical training (outside of sports), because the health benefits would pay dividends, not just for themselves, but for society at large (unhealthy people are more of a long-term resource drain on society than healthy ones).
