I already look good, it doesn't work. Also did gymceling as a teen and was jacked through middle and high school. About as jacked as dude in photo (one on right ofc, lol). I ended up losing all of my muscles when I lost a ton of weight due to stress and social rejection (Christian Bale in The Machinist thin, 6', 122 lbs for 8 months) but have regained it (I worked out a lot during PUA years) and have a nice muscle structure under a bit of pudginess that is no big deal and probably makes me more attractive tbh. I don't like looking overly toned.

Why not do both? That’s what I do. I train in Muay Thai and am a purple belt in BJJ. As well as weight lifting 5-6 days a week. While working 60-80 hours
