My ex-"friend", Chad, is pretty skinny, and thin bones. But he's face is decent. And... he has natural V-taper body. Today i listened two girls-chasers (they're sexy realy, top girls) told him that they like his back because it is so masculine, big and beautiful. He went to the gym, his back became bigger. But it won't help you, because if you don't have v-taper, you will look shit.

Same shit, neither my face nor body is really good. No status, no money, no talents (except maybe something connected to languages).
 
Surprisingly I had a decent frame to begin with and my physique is pretty good. I'd not overly muscley but I have a good V shaped body.

None of that matters when your face is that of a 10 year olds.

Long hands and legs, narrowish shoulders but very narrow hips and pelvis i think. Now he got growth spurt, his body is longer than mine now. And yes, he has shorter or broader neck than me, even when he was lanky. And his chest was like baloned because he trained from child.

I dont go to a gym but i exercise every day for 2 hours.1 hour plyometric and isometric bodyweight exercises, 1 hour of shadowkickboxing and skipping.

Damn, do you have any program to get start with when you're newbie? I was lurking all this stuff years ago and knew a lot, but im too confused with all the info. I prefer bodyweight a.k.a. not going to gym, btw

Me too, you dont need to gym membership to get a great body. I love martial arts, especially all the kicks.

The only thing why i would consider going to the gym is HORMONE SPURT when you do exercises with weight. What do you think about it?

Your growth dependa on your epiphyseal plates, you can only grow if they are open.

Also you dont need the gym for testosterone and growth hormone increase, bodyweight exercises can induce the same effect.
