Did 275 lb (125 kg)bench when I was 16 and was high off copium from the gym but haven’t been there consistently in years. Looking to go back before I die of obesity.
 
I don’t do one rep maxes but my best lift is my dumbell bench press. I can put up the 120s for reps, my most recent bulk has helped a lot
 
I usally bench 5 reps of 160 lb. Usually 7-10 sets.
I made a lot of progress when I first started but I have been stagnating.
