When I'm feeling like it's a pointless waste of time cope (it is) I just larp beating women or normies and how working out will help with that (in rock paper scissors), and that always gets me through that last rep. I am just so angry all the time, it is either extreme anger or sadness , and gymcelling helps me cope with that. I don't do it for aesthetics because I'm never going to look actually good without steroids so I just lift heavy, run, and eat good cope food with alot of protein. Also physique is fucking worthless if you're ugly so I just mass gain cope. Inb4 some faggot tries to argue this jfl no, you can't look good without roids natty unless you're a Manlet (and I mean actually good as in the average retarded normie would think you workout every day).

It's not fun at all. It is so fucking boring
Strength training with lower reps and more rest is fun. But it'll most likely fuck up your joints and you won't even break 500/600lbs barrier in Deadlift/Squat and 400 in Bench.

That's what I do. I mainly train for health and to be stronger than normies, should one day I need that strength if you know. Workin' out not to become fat like a redditter is already enough justification to gymcel a little.

One good cope I found out recently was this intuitive training thing: just do whatever exercises and load you like. 2 or 3 times a week are good.

Periodize, do not go to failure, and you are good. You do not need to become obsessed with these things like the Omars and Thralls do. You just workout heavy each 4 weeks.
