I squatted for the first time and was able to complete 225.
I'm infuriated by the amount of sex havers and chads setting their camera's up to pose since I know it's out to spite guys like me.
How much did you deadlift or squat?

There’s no gym for your face and if you want to be in good condition without being a bodybuilding freak then do martial arts instead which will also make you a threat + self defence.
 
I deadlifted 170kg years ago

I had real potential in that lift, but it was all ruined cause of my hip genes
