Discussion Gym full of sub5s and normies.

Was at the gym yesterday and it was packed. Couldn't help but realise nearly all the men were sub5's or normies. I see some flexing in the mirror and I was thinking "it's OVER for you, what are you doing?!!" I know thinking like this is toxic but hard to overcome this mindset.
