Depends what kind of fit. Some exercise is fine but heavy weight lifting is probably overrated.

Yes, that's true. I assumed he meant general fitness and not powerlifting, since powerlifters are only a small fraction of all gym members.

With an MRI. But I threw a random ridiculously high number like saying 40kg of muscle.

Of course, endurance training is mostly shit.
