This is a list of things related to the gym, which will be good or bad to you depending on you genes:
  • Acne: gym can make you develop lot of acne on back and face, which personally happened to me.
  • Baldness: Same as acne hormones released in the gym make you go bald, if you skipped genes day
  • Muscle and fat distribution: you could have lot of muscle and fat in places which wont make you physique look bad

face acne is nonexistent for me at this point, however my back acne is fucking insane
 
I am simply not risking going bald any sooner than I naturally will. IDGAF if I am slightly skinny, I'm still healthy weight.

I literally can not put muscle because I have to bulk for that, otherwise its impossible, and even being 1% above 15% body fat makes me look like utter shit, have a baby face like my face was stung by bees, and I lose the little jawline I had. I get treated so much worse that Its too depressing and gaining 1 pound a month of muscle isn't worth it
 
I could go gym for 10000 years and still look as skinny as a Holocaust victim
 
Unless you use steroids
 
I am not sure working out is worth the time, you are devoting hours every week of vital free time and of course an incel is likely to live a much shorter life than the average normie. I don't think it is worth the time.
