This is a list of things related to the gym, which will be good or bad to you depending on you genes:
- Acne: gym can make you develop lot of acne on back and face, which personally happened to me.
- Baldness: Same as acne hormones released in the gym make you go bald, if you skipped genes day
- Muscle and fat distribution: you could have lot of muscle and fat in places which wont make you physique look bad
