Nope. Facial bones depend on your genes and prenatal testosterone.

My mom had a shitty lower third and I got mine from her. Test during puberty wouldn’t increase my lip size by 10+ mm or widen my palate. It’s all genes. Maybe finding out earlier could’ve led me to take the necessary steps to ensure that I do not become a full Incel like I am today. I could’ve focused on height and dick size during puberty.
