New users should have to take selfies of themselves and show them to the mods to determine inceldom. Frontal and profile views, neutral lighting, no filters. Also driver's license or ID card to determine height (obviously blur or block out personal irrelevant info).

You can go on MS Paint and block out identifying info, or even just with your hand or some paper while taking the pic if you're too low IQ to use MS Paint. I guess it would also work to have the person stand against a wall with a tape measure, but that would be a lot harder.
