I'm getting many GTA IV videos in my recommendations lately. I loved doing this when I had the game. Push a pedestrian or car so they get angry, make them chase you and when they throw a punch get behind another pedestrian to use them a shield so they start fighting

Sometimes one will pull out a knife or a gun (if gang member) or if cops see it they will arrest the NPCs. Damn GTA IV really had a lot of detail, my second favorite after GTA SA.
